Whilst Pennine have always offered a full design and build service, the new branding elevates their profile. Supported by Business Link, Pennine are the first play company to benefit from this exciting initiative. As a result, Pennine Playgrounds will get so much more out of Designing Demand”.

Vicki Braithwaite is enthusiastic about the changes. “Our new brand reflects our values and we’re not just applying this to the visual imagery; the vans, stationery and website. We have now identified ten areas within our customer service, where we know we can make a dramatic improvement. What’s more, we will be able to evidence it through the increased number of referrals and our customer satisfaction survey.”
