With the great British summer on its way, here are a few tips to keep safe in the sun.
Make sure your little ones are wearing t-shirts and wide-brimmed hats when out in strong sun and cover any exposed areas with sunscreen.
Cancer Research UK recommend at least factor 15 sunscreen with four or more stars – and that’s whether you’re in the UK or abroad.
The sun is at its strongest between the times of 11am and 3pm in the UK summer, during this time it’s a great idea to take a break from the rays.
